GROUP PRAYS FOR SARAKI AND BARAJE

A special prayer was held Yesterday for the process of Presidential ambition of the Senate President, Doctor Bukola Saraki and Governorship ambition of Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje.

The prayer which was organized by the Kwara State Volunteer Campaign Organisation in conjunction with Baraje Vanguard held at Shehu Alimi Mosque, Emir's Palace, Ilorin.

In an interview with the leader of the Organisation, Alhaji Mashood Aladie described both leaders as men of the people and prayed God to continue to give them more wisdom to direct the affairs of the state and the country at large.

He identified Doctor Saraki and Alhaji Baraje as the only option that can build on the present achievements in the country.

According to him, the prayer is aimed at appealing to the Senate President, Doctor Bukola Saraki to support and give a credible politician like Alhaji Baraje the opportunity to rule the state.

He, therefore called on the Senate President, Doctor Bukola Saraki and other PDP chieftains in the state to support the ambition of Alhaji Kawu Baraje in order to move the state to a higher level.

While appreciating the leadership style of the Senate President, Alhaji Mashood prayed Allah to continue guide and protect the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari in directing the affairs of the emirate and the state in general.
