HOS charges Perm secs to work harder in the discharge of their duties

The Kwara state Head of Service, Mrs Modupe Oluwole has charged permanent Secretaries in the state to work harder and ensure that their various ministries are well governed and well administered .

According to her , this charge is now most paramount since the state executive council has been dissolved and they are overseeing the ministries without commissioners.

Mrs Oluwole in an interview with newsmen ,urged the permanent secretaries to ensure that there are no lapses in the discharge of their official duties.

She, however, expressed confidence with the crop of permanent secretaries recently sworn in by the state governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed and described them as seasoned administrators who know the rules and regulations of the civil service .

The Head of Service enjoined them to follow strictly the guidelines in the civil service for enhance productivity and professionalism for good governance to be delivered.
