Ahmad described the deceased's passage as a rude shock not only to her husband, family members but the entire All Progressives Congress ( APC) family in the state.

In a condolence message issued by his Special Assistant on Media, Shuaib Abdulkadir in Ilorin on Thursday, the speaker further described late Abiodun Sanusi as a supportive and caring wife to his husband and a good mother to her child.

He said that the deceased's positive contributions to successful political career of his husband could not be over-emphasised, noting that she was very popular among the women, especially the less privileged.

Ahmad however urged the family to sustain the good legacy left behind by the deceased as a mark of honour to her and work towards ensuring that ?her footprint continue to be visible in the sand of times.

According to him, her death, no doubt is very painful to us but there is little we can do as every soul has been destined to taste death one day and return to his her creator.

However, we take solace in the fact that she lived a fulfilled life and was a shinning example to every women out there because she came, saw and conquered.

The Speaker prayed Allah to grant the deceased Al-Janah Firdaus, ?forgive her sins and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
