The Third Estate Ilorin Emirate has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Suleiman Baba Nagode.

In a condolence message, the group extended sympathies to its Past President, Ahmed Bolaji Nagode; its member, Abdulkadir Tunji Nagode, the Dan Amana of Ilorin; as well as its President, Ahmed Ladan Gobir.

The union also commiserated with members of the Belgore family, including Mustapha D. Belgore, SAN; Mohammed Shuaib Belgore; and Yakubu Belgore, over the passing of their brother, brother-in-law and uncle.

In a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Nasir Abdulquadri, the group said it received the news of Nagode's demise with profound sadness.

"The loss of a loved one is always painful, but we are consoled by the understanding that every soul shall return to its Creator at the appointed time," the statement read.

The organisation described the late Nagode as a man who would be remembered for his humility, dignity and the values he represented within his family and community.

According to the group, his passing is a significant loss not only to the Nagode family but also to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

The Third Estate Ilorin Emirate prayed that Almighty Allah forgives his shortcomings, grants him eternal rest and admits him into Aljannah Firdaus.

It also prayed that God grants the family the strength and patience to bear the loss.
