Suleiman Blames Loss of Concentration for Kwara United's Defeat to Plateau United
Kwara United Technical Adviser, Ashifat Suleiman, has attributed his team's defeat to Plateau United to a lapse in concentration. The Harmony Boys were narrowly defeated 1-0 at the New Jos Stadium in Jos on Sunday.
Sodeeq Yusuf scored the only goal of the match for Plateau United towards the end of the encounter.
Suleiman stated that the team have now shifted their focus to the next game in Ilorin against Kano Pillars.
"We came here for at least a point, but we lost concentration at the end," Suleiman stated in a post-match interview. "We move on to the next game in Ilorin next Sunday."
Consequently, Kwara United have dropped to the 18th position on the league table with 27 points.
