Kwara Unveils Prototype of Groundbreaking Six-Storey Court House Complex
The Kwara State Government, under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has unveiled the prototype of the six-storey Court House Complex, a project recently inaugurated at Ahmadu Bello Way in the state capital, Ilorin.
Described as the first of its kind in Africa, the state-of-the-art facility was handed over to the consultants just days ago. The complex will include eight fully equipped courtrooms, offices, a conference hall, a library, and other modern amenities designed to streamline judicial operations in the north-central region.
Conceived by Governor AbdulRazaq, this landmark initiative aligns with his vision as Chairman of the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF) to enhance judicial services and revitalise all sectors within the state for the benefit of its residents.
The Consultant, Baron Architecture, Babatunde Sofola, who spoke on behalf of the Contractor, Craneburg International, at the handing over event of the project, promised to deliver a good job following the terms of the contract agreement.
At the event were Principal Officers of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, representatives of the Kwara State Attorney General Commissioner for Justice and Officials of Baron Architecture, the firm handling the construction project, among others.
