NNPCL: ACF, GAMA, hail Tinubu, AbdulRazaq over Ghali's appointment
The Arewa Consultatives Forum (ACF) and Gamji Members Association (GAMA) in Kwara state have congratulated Dr Mohammed Ghali Alaaya on his appointment as a non- executive director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
The ACF in a statement signed by its state secretary, Alh Abdullahi Yusuf and director of media and documentation, Alh Abdullahi Olesin, described Ghali's appointment as well deserved.
The association expressed confidence in the ability of Ghali who it described as energetic and result- oriented personality to help in turning around the fortunes of the NNPCL for more positive results.
It appreciated the Kwara state governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for recommending Ghali for the appointment and President Tinubu for finding Ghali worthy of the appointment.
“We pray Almighty Allah to continue to give our God- sent and silent achiever governor the enablement to fix more sons and daughters of our dear state in positions of higher responsibility at the federal level. We also pray Allah to continue to guide the governor aright in the running of the affairs of the state,” the ACF said.
The association also congratulated its patron and Mutawali of Ilorin, Dr Alimi AbdulRazaq on Ghali's appointment, adding that,” Ghali's appointment is a testament to the commitment of Dr Alimi AbdulRazaq to the growth and wellbeing of the members of ACF in the state.”
The ACF prayed Allah to grant Ghali a rewarding and successful tenure.
GAMA, an association committed to the ideals of the late Sardauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello in a statement signed by its president general, Alh Mohammed Tunde Akanbi and director of publicity, Alh Abdullahi Olesin, GAMA said it received the news of Ghali's appointment with a lot of excitement.
