Comply with deployment or face sanction, KWSG warns education secretaries
The Kwara State Government has warned the newly redeployed local government education secretaries to report to their new posting places with immediate effect or face the full wrath of the law.
The Permanent Secretary, Kwara State Universal Education Board (KWSUBE), Dr Musa Dasuki gave the warning in Ilorin yesterday in a statement made available to The Herald by the Press Secretary of the board, Hajia Monsurat Kannike.
The statement noted with displeasure that some education secretaries had failure to comply with the government deployment directive.
The statement warned that government would not condole failure of education secretaries to comply with the recent deployment exercise.
According to the statement "it has come to the notice of the state Universal Basic Education Board that education secretaries recently deployed to various local government in the state have failed to report to their various LGEA of posting.
"And as such, they are advised to report with immediate effect. Failure to do so would attract sanctions accordingly".
