The 3rd Appellate session of the High Court of Justice, Ilorin, the Kwara State capital will hold today, Monday, May 25th, 2015.

A statement signed by the Deputy Chief Registrar (Litigation), Chief Magistrate Nureni Kuranga said, the session would hold at the High Court Complex, Ilorin by 9:00 am prompt.

Kuranga disclosed that the session is expected to be presided over by the Kwara State Chief Judge, Hon Justice Sulaiman D Kawu and to be supported by Hon Justice Suleiman M. Akanbi and Hon Justice Adenike Akinpelu of the Ilorin Judicial Division.

The statement explained that cases listed for hearing and determination at the appellate session include appeals both criminal and civil from District, Magistrate and Upper Area Courts respectively.
