Kwara United Suffer Major Blow as Arinze Ogbonna and Victor Adeoye Exit for Overseas Moves
Arinze Ogbonna and Victor Adeoye have departed Nigeria Premier Football League side Kwara United, DAILY POST reports.
The pair are understood to be close to completing moves abroad.
Both players were regular features for the Ilorin-based club throughout the current season, making a combined total of 35 appearances.
Victor Adeoye won the 2025 President Federation Cup with Kwara United.
Their departure comes as a significant setback for Kwara United, who are currently fighting to avoid relegation.
The team have lost their last three league matches and slipped into the relegation zone following a 1-0 defeat away to Ikorodu City in Lagos last weekend.
Kwara United are next in action against Kun Khalifat on Thursday.
