Gov AbdulRazaq restates commitment to Kwara

Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq says his administration has not spent a dime from the 4.8 billion Naira inherited from the past administration.

Governor AbdulRazaq stated this to newsmen in an interaction session with newsmen in Ilorin, the State capital.

He said the administration is built on transparency and accountability and ready to sustain it, even to the end of the his tenure.

Governor AbdulRazaq who decried infrastructural decadence in virtually all sectors of the economy, assured the people that his administration’s has started taking meaningful steps towards re-positioning the state to path of glory.

He said his administration within the last one hundred days had paid counterparts funds, salary arrears, offset accumulated bills, and other communities that would pave way for improvement of welfare of the people.

The governor who explained that water works across the three senatorial district of the state have started supplying water to the people, assured that very soon, problem of pipe bone water would be a forgotten history to the people.

He explained that adequate master plan and blue print had been put in place on ground to tackle all challenges confronting people of the state, ranging from education to health, agriculture, roads among others.

Governor AbdulRazaq explained that he would soon constitute his executive cabinet, as the list would be submitted to the State Assembly next week.
