Late Olusin served his people diligently: Kwara Gov

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with the people of Ijara-Isin in Isin local government area of the state over the passing of their monarch Oba Omoniyi Banigbe Atobatele Oyebimpe II.

"The Governor is saddened by the passing of the respected monarch who spent his years on the throne pursuing socioeconomic development of the people and his community. He will be sorely missed," according to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Rafiu Ajakaye.

"His Excellency commiserates with the Olusin of Isanlu-Isin Oba Solomon Olugbenga Oloyede, the immediate family of the late monarch, and the entire Isin local government traditional council on the sad incident. He prays the Almighty God to repose the soul of the late monarch and give the family the fortitude to bear the huge loss."
