Date: 2021-11-12

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe (Kwara Central) on his 61st birthday anniversary, calling the medical doctor a very dutiful legislator with increasing popularity for his good job at the parliament.

In a statement on Friday, the Governor commended Senator Oloriegbe for positively redefining legislative representation in the true sense of its importance in democracy and national development.

"Through Senator Oloriegbe's legislative advocacies and the quality of his interventions in and outside of the hallowed chambers, we are seeing the roles of a Senator from the right perspective, devoid of any grandstanding and demagoguery. In his presentations, we see refinement, expertise, diplomacy and genuine love for the people," the statement said.

"On behalf of my family and the government of Kwara State, I congratulate Distinguished Senator Oloriegbe on the occasion of his birthday. I pray Allah to grant him long life and good health."
