Read The Full details of Campaign Against Drug Abuse (CADA )Movement below The Truth Theatre House Campaign against drug abuse (CADA) is the right medication to the cancerous effect of drug abuse in our society. Emphatically, the psychosocial retardation caused by drug abuse is a negative alarming signal to our societal productive terrain. Apparently, Drug abuse if not properly repel will snowball into drug addiction which is appalling and the ripple effect is weightier

Sadly, our society has so much elevated infrastructural development above human development in a bid to enhance a better way of living. Unfortunately, like the proverbial father who refuses to invest in the upbringing of a child but rather invested the money on building a castle, his joy is shortlived when the untrained child demolished the house in his act of hooliganism. What a loss! So, investing in infrastructure rather than investing in the people is a journey in futility.

Therefore, unmasking the masquerade of drug abuse is a collective responsibility of the community. the aftermath is not restricted to the abuser because they are not living in isolation of the community. Hence, The Truth Theatre House: an assemblage of creative mind has taken the onus of purging the society from the evil fang of drug abuse through her upcoming programs which is specially designed to sanitize the entire populace. Our behavioural change communication strategy is multi-dimensional deploying qualitative sensitization approaches against drug abuse.

Firstly, we shall deploy a FUN WALK on the 4th May 2019 (Saturday) in order to garner grass root mobilization to create a massive awareness against drug abuse. The fun walk is a trans-sectional walk within some designated area in the community. It will be spiced with inscriptions that will educate the people on the adverse effect of drug abuse on the abuser and the society.

Secondly, we shall also organize a SYMPOSIUM on the 11th of May, 2019. (Saturday) to educate the people on the implication of drug abuse in our society. We shall invite professional counsellors to enlighten the people on the negative effect of drug abuse in society.

Thirdly, we shall deploy THEATRE PRODUCTION on the 12th of May 2019. (Sunday) this is to create a graphical presentation on the implication of drug abuse in the community. The theatre production is a creatively woven story with an artistic blend to create the oeuvre.

Conclusively, The Truth Theatre House an arm of The Truth Film International Production wishes to say categorically that we strongly stand against drug abuse and we are an unrepentant apostle of a sane society. So join the blazing trail as we make our society a better place!
