Mr. Dele Oguntokun, the CEO of Sheedel Global Concept, the company partnering the Kwara ministry of Sports and Youth to put the competition together in the state disclosed this while speaking with the newsmen in Ilorin on Friday.

Oguntokun explained that he and some officials of Sheedel Global concept were in Lagos during the week to seal the partnership between his company and Copa Lagos organiser to organise the first Kwara Beach Soccer competition.

He said Mr. Adamu has promised his team technical support to ensure they host a befitting Beach Soccer competition in Kwara.

"I can authoritatively confirm to you that we have secure partnership with organisers of Copa Lagos Beach Soccer competition.

"This is a wonderful achievement for us to have a memorable competition later in the year.

"Copa Lagos has promised us technical and financial support for a successful tournament" Oguntokun said.

He said they are now concluding final arrangements to come up with a successful tournament while coming for support from the people of the state.
