The Senior Special Assistant to the State Governor on Agriculture, Alhaji Mahmud Ajeigbe, made the call in an interview with Newsmen after his assessment visit to the farm centre in Malete, Moro Local Government Area of the State.

Alhaji Ajeigbe who assured the students of the Youth Farm Centre that government would continue to provide inputs and loans, charged the Chairman to provide large lands for the students before their graduation in order to enable them establish on their own.

The Senior Special Assistant disclosed that he would forward the memo on Malete Youth Integrated training Farm Centre to the State Governor for the Bill to be re-forwarded to the State House of Assembly in order for the farm centre to be institutionalised and benefit from International and National Funds on Agriculture.

Alhaji Ajeigbe promised to fastrack the process to ensure that the Bill is pass, adding that he would strengthen the capacity of the farm centre to increase its internally Generated Revenue.

He reiterated his commitment to continue to create interactive Platform with the Staff and Students of the farm centre in order to chat ways to reposition the centre and achieve the desired goals.

Alhaji Ajeigbe disclosed that government would establish Youth Integrated Training Centres in all the sixteen Local Governments of the State to curb the rapid increase in the rate of Youth unemployment and reduce the poverty level.
