FG urged to encourage export with policies

The Deputy Managing Director of KAM Industries Nigeria Limited and wife of the chairman of the company, Hajiya Bolanle Yusuf, has called on the federal government to come up with policies that would encourage the export of made in Nigeria products.

She also canvassed for an increase in the duty on imported products for local industries to survive and generate employment.

Yusuf made the call at the weekend in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital during the visit of Course 38 participants of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College to the KAM wire office.

?Also speaking, the leader of the team, Brigadier-General Moshood O. Jimoh, said they were in Ilorin for an environmental study tour to Kwara State as part of the requirement for the training of middle cadre of the Nigerian Armed Forces and some other African countries.
