On behalf of other Members of the Kwara State House of Assembly, I Hon. Hassan Oyeleke Leader of the House hereby felicitates with our Speaker Rt. Hon. Dr. Ali Ahmad as he clocks another year today.

Noted for his tenacity and penchant for excellence, Dr Ahmad has positively affected the socio-economic and political landscape of not only Kwara State but Nigeria has a whole culminating in the success recorded by the 7th legislature of the National Assembly.

His success as a Legal Practitioner, University Don, a public office holder, Parliamentarian and Politician can be traced to the total commitment of his endowment towards serving humanity.

The Speaker's dogged commitment to the nation's rebirth has opened a new vision of hope for a dynamic and vibrant generation of people who are now seriously involved in the state building process.

As you celebrate yet another year today, we pray God to continue to endow you with sound health, divine wisdom,and guidance in the task of making parliamentary democracy more meaningful to the People of Kwara State through qualitative legislation which has no doubt earned you recognition across the globe.
